Return and Exchange
We have a return/exchange policy of 14-days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with
any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions*.
*Items which have any stains, emit, body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages
or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Product tags should be intact. Also
there will be no returns & exchanges during promotional/sale periods.

- Cash on delivery orders: Refund will be in the form of cheque,
- Online paid: Price of the bought product will be reversed on your debit / credit card.

- For orders paid using credit/debit card, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 5-6
working days for online refund to reflect on your statement.
3.Any shipping, handling costs or taxes are non-refundable.
Please Allow Us Up To 20 Days For The Refund To Be Processed After Goods Are Received.
